Payment Options & Insurance
We accept the following forms of payment:

(Please, no checks. I don’t get to the bank often enough to avoid confusing both your checkbook and my bookkeeping.)
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation. Aside from true emergencies, in a last minute cancellation, the patient will be charged the full treatment fee.
Insurance details:
Can I accept your insurance? Maybe! (Sorry, it’s a simple question with a complicated answer.) I have an insurance biller, and where possible, I will happily bill your insurance company instead of you. The catch? I’m an out of network practitioner. Before we can bill them for you, we will verify each person’s benefits individually.
People frequently ask which plans I can accept, and like I said above, we have to check for each person. A single brand, Aetna for example, may have hundreds of different plans associated with it. That said, most of the people whose insurance I can bill have Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (not Oxford) and BlueCross BlueShield. We check everyone though, and have sometimes been able to bill other insurance companies.
